At the beginning we went to our supervisor Ms Eliana and she
told us that she have volunteer work with experience for us. So then she
divided us to three groups so everyone can have knowledge from different
departments to increase our experience. Saif AlMutawa and I were sent to the reception,
The lady that works their welcomed us and was happy to teach us how to be a receptionist
so she taught us how to answer and communicate with people to support them with
what they need, To send faxes and receive faxes. At the beginning we were
scared to answer so saif went first and answered and after that I answered and
we saw that’s its easy and simple and we had fun doing it.
